Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise announced due to vacations, holidays, or personal reasons. Shipping will occur Monday, Wednesday, and Friday only. 

We offer USPS Ground Advantage which is first class shipping starting at $5. First class shipping will arrive in a padded yellow envelope within 2-5 business days. Each order will be provided with the tracking number once shipped. First class shipping through USPS does not include insurance.

We also offer Priority Mail through USPS starting at $10.00. Priority Mail will arrive in a box within 1-3 business days and comes with a tracking number once shipped. Priority Mail covers up to $50 of insurance and coverage for lost packages. Lost packages are only valid through lost in transit.

International shipping rates vary in price depending on Country and size of packaging. Therefore, international shipping is not offered through checkout. Instead, we offer personalized orders through PayPal to ensure correct shipping charges. Please email us to create your order today. 

Peterson Turquoise will not provide insurance or coverage once the package arrives at the USPS box.
